Marketing Content Manager
A content platform built end to end — web search and deep-research agents feeding long-form generation and blog drafting, then publishing straight out to connected channels.
- Scope
- Research → draft → publish
- Delivery
- Built end to end
The problem
Marketing content work was spread across an assortment of tools and manual steps — research in one place, drafting in another, publishing by hand at the end. The slow part was never the writing. It was everything around it: finding what was current, getting it in front of whoever was writing, and then moving the finished piece out to wherever it needed to go.
The approach
I built the platform end to end — a working application rather than a prototype:
- Web search and deep-research agents, gathering and synthesizing current source material instead of leaving a writer to open twenty tabs and reconcile them.
- Agent-driven content generation, drafting long-form pieces and blog posts from that research rather than from a blank page.
- A content management core for creating, organising, and versioning what gets produced, so output has somewhere to live between drafting and publishing.
- Publishing integrations, pushing finished content out to connected platforms rather than ending the workflow at a copy-paste step.
The outcome
One system covering the whole path from research question to published piece. The parts that were manual and repetitive — gathering sources, producing a first draft, distributing the result — became things the platform does, which leaves the judgement calls to the people who should be making them.
